Welcome to the
How To Battle Your Dragon
Event!
How it works:
This event is a User vs. User game, focused on a single person who is the ultimate winner. The HTTYD event will focus on a "3 strikes and you're out" policy that will show one definite winner. Users roll a dice block using the !roll 1d20 command and use the perks that they choose when registering to determine a winner. Each participating user will be listed with 3 "x"s next to their name, and each time they lose an EC member will remove an X until they are "out", signifying a clear winner.
Each participating user will chose a class of dragon to identify as, each with its own buffs/perks.
While hanging out on CPI, "dragons" can battle each other using the command !roll 1d20 and once their personal advantages (from the class chosen) are applied, the user with the highest number wins! Each user must battle at least three other users (at a minimum).
Both users must log their win or loss on the forums. Once someone loses three times, they are out of the event and can no longer battle others.
Once everyone battles, there will be one ultimate dragon winner, who will get a customized pose of their dragon drawn.
Dragon Classes and Perks:
Descriptions are derived from the HTTYD wiki
Stoker class: Stoker Class dragons are hotheaded fire breathers, and most of them are capable of setting themselves on fire. All dragons in this class are immune to fire. (-2 off an opponent's roll)
Mystery class: Mystery Class dragons have little known about them, and exhibit especially unusual habits and abilities unidentified in other classes and have abilities that others have yet to understand. (+1 free re-roll)
Tidal Class: Tidal Class dragons live in and near the ocean. These dragons are generally bigger in size than most of other classes, consisting of species classified as Large Dragons, and have been shown to be especially aggressive. (-2 off an opponent's roll)
Sharp class: Sharp Class dragons are vain and prideful, and they all possess sharp body parts. They are very accurate and pristine, and tend to be pranksters.(+2 to own roll)
Tracker class: The Tracker class is a new class and replaces the Fear Class symbol. The dragons in this class have highly acute sense of smell to track and find things. (+1 free re-roll)
Strike class: Strike Class dragons are generally extremely powerful. They are known to have blazing speed, pin-point accuracy, extreme intelligence, incredible vice-like jaw strength, explosive firepower and a unique way to navigate in their respective environment. (+2 to own roll)
