so when i go to change the color of my avatar, the colors are totally messed? like, i could have the main pelt selected purple and it'd change to red. i've tried putting in a custom hex code, but that doesn't work either, it does the same thing. for some reason, when i click/change the color, it adds decimals to the hex code, which is why its messing it up i think. i'd like to fix it because i'm stuck as an ugly bright neon yellow cat :x

sometimes a problem could be a cache/cookies problem. before anything else, you should try clearing your cache as it may be keeping chats from its full potential :0 if you are using the google chrome browser, it's also recommended to use another browser such as Firefox if you have repeated issues with chrome! (waiting it out is always an option too because sometimes the problem will just go away on its own but i wouldn't like being bright neon pink for however long either lol)

Try updating everything; Firefox, adobe flash player, shockwave, everything, and clear the cache on Firefox if you haven't already.
If it still doesn't work, try other browsers and update those, even try updating your OS as well.

did you solve this yet or not ? because this is a common problem for chrome users and it was discovered that this problem happens if you have your browser zoom set to anything other than 100% (so 110% or 90% will cause the bodyshop colours to glitch) sometimes your computer just automatically sets the browser zoom to something other than 100%
